Can i use both X points and X credits to pay?
As far as you own both X points and X credits on your account, you can use both to pay and save on the total amout.
What happens to my X points and X credits if my request is cancelled ?
If you request has been cancelled and refund, then the X points and the X credits you used will be restored as well.
Can i exchange my X credits and X points with money ?
No you cannot exchange your X credits and X points with money. You can only use them when you buy products from our web site.
How can i reset my password ?
You can change your password from your account. If you forgot your password, you can reset your password from this page.
Can I have several accounts?
We do not allow customers to have several accounts. If we found out that a customer own several accounts, we will delete the newer accounts and all reward points and credits will be lost.
Can i change my email address ?
Yes you can change your email address from your account page. You will need to enter your password to valid your new email address.
How can I use my X Points?
You can use your X points at the checkout process. The X points will be subtracted from the total amount. 1 X point equal 1 Japanese yen.
What are X points ?
X points are points rewarded for actions such as registering an account, payment completed, product points... 1 X point equals to 1 Japanese yen.
When are X Points applied to my account?
Depends on your actions, the X points may be available directly or not: registering an account (directly available), payment completed (when order status is completed).
Is there expiration for the X points ?
Yes the X points expiration has been set to 90 days. You will be notified by email one month, 2 weeks, one day before the expiration.

Can i cancel my membership ?
You cannot cancel your membership.
How to upgrade a membership?
You can upgrade your membership from your account > membership menu.
Can i get membership features for my previous requests ?
If you subscribe for a membership after your request has been completed, you won't be able to get features such as extented warranty, products points for that package.
Can i downgrade my membership and get refund?
Your have to wait the membership expiration date to downgrade. We cannot refund a membership for any reason.
Can i change the date of the membership period ?
No we cannot change the date of the membership period as well as the membership expiration date.

Requests
How do I check on the status of my request?
You can check the status of your request from your account > My Requests or My Quotes menu. For customers without an account, please check your emails, or contact us.
Can i cancel my request ?
If your request has been already shipped, you cannot cancel your request. However once you receive the package you can fill a form and ask for return/refund. For more information, please check our return policy.
I requested an item but the request status has not changed.
Once your request has been processed, first we need to order the product(s) from the Japanese Web Site. Once we receive your product(s) the request status will change and you will receive a notification email.
I requested the wrong item! What can I do?
If you requested a wrong item, you can still change your request from your account or contacting us. However if you figured out about the wrong item only after the shippment has been process, you will return the package on your own expense.
The product i requested is now "out of stock". Is my request canceled?
If the product page of the item has gone or the product status is "out of stock", that doesn't mean that your request has been cancelled. It may be the last item in stock from that web site and we can still get it from another shop. You can always check your order status from your account page or contact us.

Since we are shipping all packages from Japan, your country may ask you to pay import duties, customs fees, VAT taxes. You have to pay all these taxes because it is the buyer's responsability. Please read carefully our conditions.
Can i split the payment and receive the package before ?
No, we cannot accept spit payment service and only requests with payment confirmation will be fullfilled.

Shipping
Could you please describe the different shipping methods & carriers ?
We can ship packages from Japan Post and Fedex. All shipping methods include an insurance and a tracking code. However due to strict restriction because of war and covid19 the available methods depends on country. For details, you can use the shipping calculator from the product page.
Can i change the shipping address of my request?
In case you made a mistake in your shipping address, you can still contact us as soon as possible for changing the shipping address. However, you have to contact us before the shippment process. If the package has been already shipped, we may ask you to pay additional fees for changing the address or you will have to pay again the shipping feed in case the carrier was not able to change your address. Please check your shipping address.

If your request has not been shipped yet, we still may be able to change the shipping method. The order amount may change so you may have to pay the difference if the shipping amount price is highter than the one from your request.
Can you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide but some items may not be eligible for international shipment due to mailing restrictions set by Japan Post or Fedex. Also some countries may not be available for shipping because of mailing restrictions due to Covid19 or wars. For more detailed information, please check our Shipping Methods page.
How can i track my package ?
Once your package ships, we will send an email with the tracking code. You can also check your package status from your account. With the tracking code you will be able to track your package from the following websites: Japan Post and Fedex.
Some shipping methods are not available for my country, why ?
Most of shipping methods are available for all countries. However some shipping service such as EMS or International ePacket may be temporary unavailable now because of Covid19 strict mailing restrictions or wars. We check and update the shipping status for each country everyday. Please contact us if you need more details.
How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
As you may know, we ship package from Tokyo Japan, so depends on the shipping method, it takes a couple of days or more for a package to be delivered. You can compare the shipping method from this page.
Can you ship the package before payment confirmation ?
No we will only ship packages after payment confirmation.

Warranty
Is my product under warranty ?
The warranty depends on products. Most of electronical products are under warranty. Contact us before your request is you want to be sure.
What is international warranty?
There are two types of International warranty. Some products may already have a repair service in your country others not. If the warrany does not apply in your country, we will be the intermediary between you and the product manufacturer in Japan.
When the product warranty starts ?
The warranty starts once you receive the product. We are able to check that with the package tracking information.

Where can i get the English manual for the product i bought ?
If an English manual is available for your product, we will provide you the url or add it to the package (Gold Membership).
I don't understand the product because of Japanese language, can i send it back?
We are a package forwarding service so even if you can't use the product you requested, we won't accept a return/refund. Please be sure before requesting products.
Can you help me to use the product?
We won't help you to use the product because you cannot read Japanese language or you just don't know what to do. You can use autotranslation service to read the product manual.

Compatibility
Do i need a voltage converter?
Most products are 100-220V compatible. If needed, we will include an adaptater for your country. If you want to be sure before placing an order, please contact us.
I didn't receive the voltage adapter for my product, why?
Only customers from Gold Membership can get a voltage adapter for free. If you needed the voltage adapter you should have paid for the option from your request.

What is an affiliate tracking code?
It's an ID at the end of the url that identify the affiliates and can be used for tracking clicks, and sales made by affiliates. Without this ID, the affiliate program cannot identify who helped sell their products and pay commission so it is the key of the affiliate program.
How do I track my affiliate sales?
Affiliate program records every sales and shows you the numbers and data in your dashboard. This process is usually automatic, so all you have to do is check the sales section in your affiliate dashboard.
How do affiliates get paid?
Affiliates earn money by referring their followers to our products through a link. Affiliates receive a commission for each sale made through their link once a follower purchases a membership.
How much do affiliates earn?
Affiliates typically earn 20% of product amount on each sale. 20% seems nothing but don't forget that it just needs only a couple of minutes to register and share a link, then you just have to wait for commissions.
Do I receive the commission for the purchase made with my Affiliate link immediately?
The commission for a purchase made with your Affiliate link will become available for withdrawal 30 days after the purchase date when the refund period is over.
Ноw much time my affiliate sales get tracked?
We track purchases made with your Affiliate link using a cookie with a 30 days expiration period. Please be noted that only the first purchase made with your Affiliate link in the net amount paid by a customer shall be counted in for your Affiliate commission.
What do I receive Affiliate commission for?
You will receive Affiliate commission for purchases of membership made with your Affiliate link at our website. Please note that any purchases of products made after the cookie expiration (30 days) will not be included in your Affiliate commission.
What if I want to close my Affiliate account?
In case you wish to be removed from the Affiliate Program on your own request, please make sure to withdraw any pending commission available for payout in your account. In case you do not withdraw the commission, it will expire permanently as soon as you’ve been removed from the Affiliate Program.
Can I be excluded from the Affiliate Program?
In case we suspect you of improper use of the Nippon X Affiliate Program or see no activity in your account for a period of 6 months or more, we reserve the right to contact you for inquiries, prohibit you to use Affiliate Program, or remove you from the Affiliate Program permanently.
