Return Policy

The following page complements our return and refund section of our Terms and Conditions page.

Packages may be returned for several reasons (Product(s) damaged, wrong Product(s) received, missing item(s), manufacture defect) our return and refund policy will strictly follow the guidelines below.

Case of wrong product received

In case our Company delivered a wrong product(s) (different color, different size, different sku...), we will return the product(s) with our own expense and refund the return shipping fee prepaid by the customer from a payment method available in our company.

Case of missing item(s)

In case the Product(s) received by the Customer(s) is missing item(s) and only if the order options includes "Product Verification" service, we will return the missing item(s) with our own expense or if still available, we will return the same Product(s). We will refund the return shipping fee prepaid by the customer from a payment method available in our company.

Case of damaged product

In case the Customer(s) received a damaged product directly visible on the body part and only if the order options includes "Product Verification" service, we will return the product(s) with our own expense and refund the return shipping fees prepaid by the customer. However we won't accept return because of damage on the Product(s) packaging. 

We assumed that the Product(s) is shipped in a proper and safe condition. However sometimes, the Product(s) packaging may be damaged during transport; in such case, please do NOT open the shipping parcel(Japan Post or Fedex) and take a picture as proof of damage to the outer packaging. Then you will able to claim compensation from the shipping carrier (Japan Post or Fedex).

Case of manufacture defect

This case applies only to brand new electronical products. Second hand Product(s) are not allowed to be returned. If the Product(s) doesn't work properly and if the product is covered under warranty service, then the Customer(s) will have the right to return the product(s) on his own expense to our office. We will return the product(s) repaired on the customer(s) expense.

How to return

If the Product(s) received by the Customer(s) is not in conformity with the order(wrong Product(s) received, missing item(s)) or present a manufacture defect, the Customer(s) can return the product to the following address :

No Product(s) shall be returned to our company unless :
- The Customer(s) has completed and filed a Request for Return Form (showing the order ID and other identifying numbers) with our Company
- Our Company has notified the Customer(s) by email that the Customer(s) may return the Product(s) to our office address.
- The Product(s) must be sent to our Company within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
- The Product(s) is returned in a clean and well packaged condition.

Our Company accept only returns for the following reasons: wrong product received, missing item(s) manufacture defect, product damaged(after product verification). We won't accept return for any other reason.

Once our Company has received the returned Product(s), our Company will process the return or refund within 2 business days. In case our company delivered a wrong or damaged Product(s), missing item(s) the Product(s) return shipping fees will be on our expense. In case of manufacturer defect, the Product(s) return shipping fees will be on the Customer(s) expense.
